As an Engineering Manageryoulldrivepeopleleadership delivery strategy technical excellence and operational healthacross your teams. Your core responsibilities:

Build mentor andretaina healthy high-performing engineering team.
Own predictable high-quality delivery whilemaintaininga sustainable pace.
Collaboratewith Product Design Tech Leads and Staff engineers on roadmap and long-term technical strategy.
Ensure strong engineering standards operational readiness and a blamelessincidentculture.
Develop andconsequentlyrefininganAI-driven development pipeline.
Improve engineering KPIs (DORA).
Communicate clearly across teams and leadership shaping culture and aligning priorities.
Lead hiring onboarding team composition and long-term talent development.

WhatYoullBring

Experienced software engineer including several years in engineering leadership.
Strong technicalfoundation;backend experience (C#/.NET) and cloud knowledge (AWSor other comparable providers like Azure) arenecessary.
Experience with distributed systems DevOps practices and modern infrastructure tooling (TerraformDocker).Bonus: experience with event-drivenarchitectures(Kafka).
A pragmatic ownership-driven mindset with a passion for healthy teams and long-term quality.
Passion and experiencein AI-driven SDLC.
