DescriptionYour Role
As Renewals Manager you will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for data center services contracts across a designated EMEA portfolio. You will lead customer-facing renewals coordinate internal stakeholders and ensure timely commercially sound contract execution. This role plays a key part in driving customer retention revenue predictability and long-term asset value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the renewals pipeline using Salesforce and CPQ including fixed-expiry and ad hoc renewals
- Lead the full renewal process from opportunity creation through contract signature
- Align renewal strategy with Asset Managers Country leadership and Account Managers
- Engage directly with customers to present renewal offers manage objections and negotiate terms within approval limits
- Coordinate commercial technical and legal approvals in line with internal frameworks
- Prepare and issue contractual documentation in partnership with Legal
- Ensure accurate contract and customer data across internal systems
- Monitor churn risk and partner with Termination teams as needed
- Track renewal performance analyse trends and provide insights to management
- Experience in contract renewals commercial operations sales operations or related roles
- Strong negotiation and customer engagement skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales Legal Operations and Technical teams
- Solid understanding of contract management and approval workflows
- Ability to manage multiple renewals in a deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting capability
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar CRM systems preferred
- Exposure to data center infrastructure real estate or B2B services environments is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English.
