Position : BDR Manager
Working Schedule : 8am-5pm CST
Salary Range :$2500-$3000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

We are an outbound sales engine specializing in large-scale outbound email high-volume
meeting generation and pay per-demo sales models for SaaS companies. We operate advanced email deliverability architectures capable of sending thousands of daily emails per client combined with high-touch calling LinkedIn outreach and fast-response follow-ups to drive predictable meetings and revenue.
We are growing quickly and need a BDR Manager to elevate our outbound performance manage a distributed BDR team and ensure consistent meeting quality for both internal sales and client accounts.
Role Overview
The BDR Manager is responsible for hiring coaching managing and scaling a high-performing BDR team. You will ensure the team consistently books qualified meetings for internal sales and for pay per-demo clients using a combination of email cold calling and omni-channel prospecting.
You must be process-driven data-driven able to build playbooks and be highly experienced in outbound systems SDR/BDR management and pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Hire onboard and train BDRs with an emphasis on outbound excellence (email phone LinkedIn).
- Conduct daily/weekly coaching sessions focused on technique talk tracks objection handling and speed-to-lead.
- Monitor individual and team activity KPIs and enforce accountability.
Outbound Execution & Optimization
- Own and optimize email sequencing outbound messaging LinkedIn engagement and calling workflows.
- Ensure BDRs follow up on replies within minutes and execute speed-to-lead playbooks.
- Review calls and emails for quality messaging consistency and qualification accuracy.
Pipeline & Meeting Quality
- Ensure every booked meeting meets qualification criteria (ICP fit interest need budget timing).
- Manage handoff quality to internal AEs or to client teams (pay per-demo clients).
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards inside HubSpot.
Process & Playbooks
- Create scripts outreach frameworks ICP breakdowns scoring systems and qualification guides.
- Work with founders on outbound strategy experimentation and new markets.
- Manage capacity planning and lead routing across clients and internal campaigns.
Client-Facing Responsibilities
- For pay per-demo clients present weekly updates on meetings booked lead quality and campaign performance.
- Interface with clients on messaging objections and ICP refinements.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention by maintaining bookable high-quality demo pipelines.
Qualifications
- 5 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR) and at least 3 years managing a BDR/SDR team.
- Experience in high-volume outbound environments (cold email cold call).
- Strong understanding of email deliverability sequencing and CRM workflows (HubSpot preferred).
- Excellent coaching ability especially around cold calling objection handling and discovery.
- Ability to enforce structure discipline and performance standards.
- Experience working with SaaS clients is a major plus.
- Highly organized strong communicator able to manage lots of client campaigns at once.
Success in This Role Looks Like
- Team booking consistent qualified meetings for internal and client accounts.
- Improving reply rates call-to-connect rates and meeting attendance.
- BDRs follow clear processes hitting KPIs and maturing in skill level.
- Clients retain and expand because we consistently deliver high-value meetings.
