Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Analyst to be an integral part of the Kotahi Operations Team to deliver compelling supply plans across Kotahis ocean freight offerings. This is a full-time permanent role based in Kotahis Auckland office.

In this role you will:

Influence the greater organisation to provision requirements in a digitised fashion that satisfies the pre-requisite configuration of Kotahis long-term Optimisation toolkit.
Undertake analysis and modelling of forecast impacts on plan and take the initiative to conduct further scenario analysis where required to support recommendations.
Act as the conduit between demand and distribution planning regularly engaging with internal teams to provide expertise and information that details and enables solution implementation into Kotahis tactical environment.
Create and maintain supply plans taking a leadership role in the critique and insights of supply plan performance and the implementation of a continuous and iterative planning process to influence internal teams contribution to EBIT performance.
Undertake quantitative and qualitative analyses including analysis of service offerings customers suppliers and supply chain costs and activities to provide recommended solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with our vendor management function on customer RFPs communicating risks to the optimal execution of the plan and developing mitigation plans for our stakeholders.
Support and provide cover for the Optimisation & Solutions Analyst.

You will bring advanced numerical and analytical skills strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of supply chain data elements and interoperability.
