As a Senior Analyst in our Customer Transformation teamin Auckland youll work on real problems that affect how people experience servicesand products in bankingretailgovernment and beyond.Usingdesign analysis and systems thinkingyoullto turn ambiguity into clarity and ideas into action.
What youll do:
Spendyour time listening mapping testing workshopping and creating.
Be hands-on workingboth visually and analytically.
Co-createsolutionswith designers technologists strategists and clients.
Bring a human-centred lens to large transformation programmes.
And contribute to projects that matter from early problem definition through to implementation.

24 years experienceinservice designCXbusiness analysis or transformation ideallyinfinancial services or professional servicesorganisations.
A relevant qualification in design psychology businessor a related field.
Strongproblem-solvingand communication skillsalongside visual and creative capability
Confidence working with clients preparing materials facilitating sessions and contributing to recommendations.
Experience translating ambiguity into clear deliverables (e.g. journey maps insightsmiroboardsreports).
The ability to manage your own work prioritise effectively and deliver to time and quality expectations.
