Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Energy Storage System (ESS) Solutions division. As the Senior Sales Manager of Energy Storage System Solutions you will be responsible for driving the strategy development and deployment of cutting-edge energy storage solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings optimize system performance and support business growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for energy storage solutions aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the design development and deployment of ESS technologies including battery storage hybrid solutions and grid integration.
  • Oversee technical and commercial feasibility studies for new projects and ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with R&D engineering and product teams to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including utilities developers regulatory bodies and technology providers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and sustainability goals.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and specialists.
  • Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and identifying market opportunities.
  • Manage budgets forecasts and financial performance of the ESS division.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering Renewable Energy Energy Systems or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience in the energy storage industry with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of battery storage technologies energy management systems and grid integration.
  • Strong technical expertise in power electronics system modeling and performance optimization.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks industry standards and market dynamics in energy storage.
  • Excellent leadership project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with financial modeling and business case development for ESS projects is a plus.
