Bank Administration Assistant (Ward Department)

The role

We are currently looking for a Bank Administration Assistant to join our ward team at Oaks Hospital. You will ensure that all admin processes are adhered to in a timely and professional manner. You will keep patients paperwork up to date accurate and support the wider Ward team with effectively managing all admin for the department.

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software

• Previous experience of having worked in a hospital setting (advantage)

What is a Bank Contract:

A Bank contract at Ramsay Health Care UK is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead you work on an ad-hoc basis filling in shifts that we have available in our hospitals. Bank contracts are also a fantastic way to secure additional income alongside other contracted work. Our Bank staff play a crucial role in maintaining service levels during peak times or staff shortages ensuring that patient care remains uninterrupted.
