The Clients and Markets (C&M) team is dedicated to enabling business growth by developing strategic initiatives that contribute to the Firms go to market strategy and enhance market presence. As a Senior Marketing Leader Senior Manager youll play a vital role in designing and executing integrated marketing strategies across paid owned and earned channels to maximise ROI and enhance client experience working with clients across the firm.

What youll do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies across multiple channels focusing on digital marketing content events media and thought leadership to drive lead generation and client engagement.
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Events to refine marketing effectiveness ensuring alignment with brand strategy and delivering measurable ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated and impactful marketing programs aligned with business priorities.
• Analyse marketing performance using data-driven insights and oversee reporting frameworks to continuously optimise campaigns and support strategic decision-making.
  

What were looking for:

• Over 15 years of experience in B2B marketing within financial services or related sectors.
• Proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong expertise in brand strategy development and its integration with marketing plans.
• Experience leading marketing teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing martech platforms and content strategy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field (BA Communications or equivalent preferred).
