Whats the role
The Business Manager applies expert knowledge works flexibly and builds strong relationships to ensure the smooth functioning of the Data Digital & AI (DDAI) Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) leadership office and manage forums such as Town Halls offsites and study trips.
No two days will be the same as you will contribute to strategy development with a focus on people capability and engagement oversees delivery of employee engagement plans and team communications and ensures compliance with risk and regulatory obligations.
Another vital function of the role is to provide financial management and forecasting to support the DDAI WIB team.
Additionally the role engages and influences Business and Operations Managers across the DDAI division to ensure alignment on business activities and may liaise with other departments such as HR on staffing and development issues.
