About the Role

As Retail Manager youll lead the front-of-shop operations and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this role you will:

Motivate coach and develop your team to achieve sales and service goals
Drive customer loyalty and maintain a welcoming store environment
Oversee stock merchandising rosters and store compliance
Build a positive collaborative and high-performing workplace culture

About You

Youre a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused retail environment.
You will bring:

Proven experience in retail or team leadership (pharmacy or health retail a bonus)
Strong communication organisational and people-management skills
Experience managing KPIs budgets and payroll
A current (or willingness to obtain) police clearance

Bonus points: S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
