Job Summary

Location: Springfield Lakes Brisbane QLD
Licensed Capacity: 75 Places
Hourly Rate: $33.00 $37.54 per hour
About the Role
At Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes we are looking for a passionate and qualified Lead Educator to take charge of your own room and support the service in delivering quality education and care.
As a Lead Educator you will:
- Lead the planning implementation and evaluation of engaging learning experiences.
- Ensure all programs align with EYLF and National Quality Standards.
- Mentor and support fellow educators within your room.
- Build positive partnerships with families to support childrens learning journeys.
What Youll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACEQCA-approved equivalent).
- Current WA Working with Children Check (Employee).
- Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Leadership skills and a collaborative attitude.
