. Recruitment & Selection: Manage job postings screening interviews and onboarding.
. Employee Relations: Handle grievances maintain positive work environment and resolve
conflicts.
. Performance Management: Support appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
. Training & Development: Organize training programs and maintain skill development plans.
. Payroll & Benefits: Provide support to Accounting team for payroll processing and benefits
administration.
. HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to Cambodian labor laws and company policies.
. HR Reporting: Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

. Office management and procurement of supplies.
. Document control and filing systems.
