Job Summary

Role: Project Coordinator Youth Program Bangalore
Experience: 3-5 years
Salary: Up to 8.4 LPA

About the role:

A non-profit organization focused on transforming learning ecosystems through education technology capacity building and collaboration is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator. This role is crucial for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of key projects within the Youth Program. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with the organizations strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities (Project Execution & Strategy):

Project Management & Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end planning execution and delivery of multiple projects within the Youth Program portfolio.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop and track comprehensive project plans schedules and resource allocation.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams partners and external stakeholders (e.g. government corporate sponsors).
- Manage partner expectations and facilitate effective collaboration to drive project success.
Budget & Risk Control:
- Monitor and control project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Identify potential risks and challenges developing proactive mitigation strategies.
Reporting & Quality Assurance:
- Provide regular high-quality project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:
- 3 years of progressive experience in project management with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
- Experience working in the Education Technology or Youth Development sectors is highly advantageous.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Project Management Education).
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools (e.g. MS Project Asana Trello).
