Job Description:
Lead the architectural design and implementation of a real-time collaborative music creation platform. Youll build core multiplayer primitives define sync and conflict models and scale the backend from hundreds of thousands to millions of users. This role offers the chance to shape the future of music interaction delivering a stable and delightful experience at massive scale.

What you will do:

Implement core multiplayer primitives like presence selection and edit/playback states
Write crisp React TypeScript with Zustand setting high bars for performance and feel
Design robust sync and conflict models for a real-time collaborative environment

The ideal candidate:

7 years building complex user-facing systems including real-time/multi-user features
Deep expertise in TypeScript React Node with expert state architecture (Zustand) and optimistic UI
Strong understanding of real-time transports (WebSockets WebRTC) and consistency/conflict resolution (CRDT/OT)
