Deliver the D&T curriculum to Key Stage 3 and 4 ensuring a focus on Product Design Resistant Materials and Engineering.
Guide students through the iterative design process from initial sketching to high-spec prototyping.
Maintain an impeccable standard of workshop safety and organisation.
Specialised Health & Safety training for workshop environments provided at the start of the programme.
Regular subject-specific coaching from an experienced D&T Lead.
Full technician support to assist with the preparation of materials and machinery maintenance.
Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant degree (Design Engineering or Technology).
Salary: National Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS).
