Lead the technical development of an AI-powered platform managing engineers and shaping the future of a fast-scaling AI startup. This hands-on role involves writing and reviewing code defining architecture and collaborating with product teams to deliver high-impact features. Drive innovation in automation AI integration and scalability ensuring product reliability and performance.

What you will do:

Lead technical development of AI-powered solutions
Write review and optimize code staying close to the engineering process

The ideal candidate:

First-Class or strong academic degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
5 years in software engineering ideally in AI SaaS or automation
Previous experience in a lead or management role within a startup or tech-driven company
