Job Summary

Position: Chatbot Technical lead Developer

Location: Chicago IL

Duration: 6-12 Months

Role Description: A Technical Development lead who can drive the delivery of the End-to-End application solution for Chat bots like Netomi bots or AWS Bedrock or or Shopping cart management and Payments processing. Also help managing scope and timelines.

Required Skills:

10 years of full-stack development experience
Google Dialog flow or similar platform experience ( Netomi0 Conversational bot building along with experience integrating those bots with APIs for automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
Manages Scope timelines and technology development
Integrate APIs and third-party services including aviation data feeds and NLP engines
Optimize applications for performance scalability and reliability
Participate in code reviews testing and CI/CD pipeline management
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams
Strong communication skills Team player and good attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree
PCI Compliance: Proven experience in implementing and maintaining PCI compliance for enterprise applications
Familiarity with Web commerce Shopping cart and Omni Channel Experience.
