About the role:
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be the voice of Samay Infosolutions engaging with prospective clients to introduce our innovative cybersecurity solutions. You will play a critical role in building relationships qualifying leads and driving revenue growth through direct outbound and inbound sales activities. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through coldcalling email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate Samays cybersecurity servicesand tailor solutions to client needs
Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify inbound and outbound leads understand clientpain points and nurture relationships through the sales pipeline
Client Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactionsfollow-ups and deal status in CRM systems
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by management
Demo Coordination: Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and clientmeetings with technical teams
Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscapeand market dynamics
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams managementand account executives to ensure smooth deal progression
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales proposals quotations andweekly/monthly sales reports
Client Support: Address client queries provide information about services andensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Commerce Marketing or related field
Experience: 0-3 years of sales experience (inside sales BPO customer service or business development background acceptable)
Experience in B2B sales or IT services is a plus
Freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of IT/cybersecurity concepts (training will be provided)
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
Proficiency with MS Office and email communication

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English(Hindi/regional languages a plus)
Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and closing abilities with a results-driven mindset
