The candidate should be from real estate background and would have experience in multiple stakeholder engagements .
Brief Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management:
- Act as the face of Pidilite for CREDAI and build strong relationships with senior officials across national state and city chapters.
- Identify and prioritize key markets for engagement based on CREDAI 's presence and influence.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Design and implement an annual event calendar in collaboration with the sales team.
- Represent Pidilite at key CREDAI events through solution displays and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Showcase marquee projects executed by Pidilite to build credibility and thought leadership.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement:
- Connect with key stakeholders at builder firms and facilitate introductions to the sales team.
- Work on the CREDAI builder database to generate actionable leads for the Project and CC Retail teams.
- Track and support Lead conversion in coordination with regional sales teams.
Marketing & Collateral Development:
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to develop customized collaterals and audiovisual content for the builder segment.
- Ensure timely availability and distribution of marketing materials to support field teams.
Partnership Development:
- Maintain continuous engagement with CREDAI chapters to explore and formalize corporate partnership opportunities.
- Plan and execute Advertising& Sales Promotion (A&SP) initiative tailored for the builder segment.
