This is a pivotal role where youll combine strategic influence with hands-on leadership ensuring our people agenda drives performance compliance and culture.
What Youll Do
- Head both the Mental Health & Wellness Forum and the Employee Forum ensuring employee wellbeing and voice are at the forefront
- Champion the company culture leading events internal comms and engagement initiatives
- Drive industrial and employee relations including misconduct cases performance management and extensive union interactions & negotiations
- Prepare & submit statutory reporting: Workmans Compensation Employment Equity COIDA and Skills Development
- Manage compensation salary inputs incentives and bonus schemes with precision and fairness
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process securing top talent for our manufacturing operations
Minimum Requirements
- Degree/Honours in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- 610 years experience as an HRBP or HR professional
- Minimum 3 years at Senior HR level
- At least 2 years in Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing
- Proven expertise in statutory reporting and union negotiations
