Assistant Chef Luxury Lodge Greater Kruger
Job Overview
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Chef to join a luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger area. The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in preparing high-quality meals maintaining kitchen standards and delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests. This is a live-in position with meals provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the Head Chef with daily meal preparation and cooking
Ensuring all dishes meet the lodges quality and presentation standards
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Managing kitchen stock and assisting with ordering supplies
Supporting kitchen staff and maintaining smooth kitchen operations
Adhering to health safety and hygiene standards
Package
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Live-in position
Three meals provided per day
