Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a strong and experienced Senior Sous / Sous Chef to join a luxury boutique hotel in Ballito. This role is ideal for a culinary professional with a proven track record in high-end hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently to luxury standards.

Requirements:
