Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled Temp Sous Chef to join a luxury boutique hotel in Ballito for a short-term three-month contract. This role is ideal for a motivated culinary professional with experience in high-end hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare and present dishes to the hotels high-quality standards.
Assist in supervising junior kitchen staff and maintaining smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with health hygiene and safety regulations.
Contribute to menu execution and daily kitchen organisation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Professional reliable and adaptable to a temporary contract environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
