Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality pastries desserts and baked goods to meet lodge standards.
Support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain consistent presentation taste and quality in all dishes.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
