An exceptional opportunity for a high-performing professional to play a central role in coordinating executive and project support for the Corporate Services Finance function. The Executive Coordinator is instrumental in enabling senior leadership to deliver critical objectives through high-level advice structured support and effective oversight of projects reporting and operational priorities.

In this role you will manage complex scheduling communication and workflow requirements for senior finance leaders while maintaining strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders. You will prepare and review submissions ministerial and executive correspondence briefing packs and strategic advice across a diverse and often complex portfolio of finance and policy matters. Your research and analysis will support improved decision-making and ensure the timely delivery of information services and project outcomes across the Finance branch.

  • Use digital tools and systems to enhance efficiency and information management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
