Job Summary

Overview:

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. The ideal candidate should have completed a UI/UX course from a reputable institute and should have 1 to 2 years of work experience.

Who are we looking for

1 to 2 years of experience
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio showcasing design projects
Proficiency in wireframe tools (e.g. Figma)
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Figma and Photoshop
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills

Requirements

Role & responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

Illustrate design concepts using storyboards process flows and sitemaps.
Prepare and present preliminary drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Interaction Design:

Develop intuitive and engaging user interactions aligned with the overall product goals.
Generate original graphic designs including images sketches and tables.

Visual Design:

Design visually appealing interfaces for brand consistency and enhanced product aesthetics.

Compliance with Style Standards:

Ensure adherence to style standards encompassing fonts colors and images.

Usability Testing:

Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify improvement areas.
Identify and troubleshoot potential UX issues emphasizing responsiveness.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Continuously monitor the latest UX/UI design trends tools and technologies for ongoing process improvement.

Tools:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop Balsamiq Figma Sketch etc

Qualification/Interest:

Bachelors degree in design (UI/UX) from a reputed college/university
Course in UI/UX from a reputed institute
