Key Responsibilities :-
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage full-cycle recruitment: understanding manpower requirements drafting JDs sourcing screening shortlisting and coordinating interviews. Handle job postings on portals social media consultants and internal referrals. Conduct initial HR screening and salary fitment discussions; coordinate final offers and negotiations. Prepare offer letters appointment letters and other joining documentation. Plan and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation ensuring smooth induction and completion of joining formalities. 2. Payroll & HR Operations Collect and validate monthly payroll inputs: attendance leave records overtime incentives variable pay new joinees exits and changes in CTC. Coordinate with Finance/Payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Maintain and update employee master data in HRIS/Excel; ensure correctness of salary structures and deductions.
Handle employee queries related to salary income tax reimbursements and other payroll matters. Assist in statutory compliance-related activities (PF ESI PT gratuity etc.) in coordination with internal/external teams. 3. Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration Maintain and update employee records: personal files contracts confirmations transfers and exit documents. Track probation/confirmation and issue confirmation letters in coordination with managers. Support performance appraisal cycles by sharing formats tracking completion and maintaining data. Assist in handling employee relations issues grievance escalation and disciplinary documentation as per company policy. Prepare regular HR MIS reports (headcount attrition recruitment status leave payroll inputs etc.). 4. Policies Compliance & Engagement Support implementation and communication of HR policies procedures and HR handbook. Ensure adherence to labour laws and internal HR policies in all HR processes and documentation. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives events and communication activities. Partner with managers to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
