Technical Lead

Ability to define architect and delivery business solution to service contact centre Advisor and Client business cases Team player and working with dev business release management and operations team to development and implement Salesforce platform-based solution. Helping to finalize functional and non-functional requirement. Manage integration of Salesforce with MuleSoft Docu Sign content management and other application Defining and tracking SLA projects progress lead technical team and provide technical help Create design documents development business functionality and provide support on end-to-end testing.
