As a Technical Program Manager / IT Project Manager at McKee-Nix & Associates you will oversee technology-driven initiatives that improve operations enhance system capabilities and support business growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple technology and business transformation projects simultaneously.
Work with stakeholders across departments to define project scope objectives requirements and success criteria.
Create and manage detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations.
Coordinate technical teams vendors and internal partners to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Facilitate project meetings status updates and communication across the organization.
Identify project risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards compliance requirements and business expectations.
Support implementation deployment and integration of new systems tools and software.
Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Maintain project documentation including requirements design notes test plans and user guides.
Assist leadership with portfolio planning and prioritization of technology initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices relevant to project delivery and digital operations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
36 years of experience in IT project management program management or technical leadership.
Proven experience managing complex IT software security or digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
Certifications such as PMP Scrum Master or ITIL are a plus.
