Job Description
- Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans covering timelines resources dependencies and milestones.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of all project activities.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within defined scope and within approved budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Provide clear timely project updates including status reports risk summaries and issue resolutions.
- Facilitate project meetings steering committee reviews and stakeholder presentations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects within the organizations project portfolio.
- Monitor project performance identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation risk logs and portfolio dashboards.
- Lead cross-functional project teams ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly understood.
- Manage resource planning allocation and workload balancing.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve efficiency and performance.
- Develop and manage project budgets forecasts and financial reports.
- Track project expenditures and ensure financial compliance.
- Provide cost analyses and identify opportunities for optimization.
