Job Summary

cFocus Software seeks an IT Project Manager to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 58 years of IT project management experience.
Hands-on experience managing Agile software development projects.
Familiarity with DevSecOps tools JIRA ServiceNow and Microsoft Project or similar tools.
Experience supporting DoD or federal IT systems preferred.
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
PMP Scrum Master or Agile certification preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 (or higher) background investigation.

Duties:

Plan coordinate and manage IT projects supporting DSAID sustainment maintenance and enhancement activities.
Apply Agile and DevSecOps principles to manage software development lifecycle activities.
Develop and maintain project schedules sprint plans release plans and task assignments.
Coordinate requirements gathering user story development and backlog prioritization.
Track project progress risks issues and dependencies and report status to the Program Manager.
Facilitate daily scrums sprint reviews retrospectives and technical meetings.
Coordinate testing quality assurance and release management activities.
Support documentation efforts including requirements traceability technical documentation and configuration management.
Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and cybersecurity standards.
Coordinate with developers database administrators QA teams and Government stakeholders.
Support transition activities training and operational readiness
