Summary of Job Duties:

The Associate Program Manager provides outreach project management program management and facilitation through planning participation and communication among all participating agencies and among team members. S/He also helps internal and external stakeholders and inventors with Bioventures databases project management tools technology (applications) reporting tools. This position will work closely with the BioVentures team for the responsibility of supporting and monitoring BioVentures inventor and team member sites outreach initiatives. This position maintains project task lists and keeps project plans up to date. The Associate Program Manager will ensure timely communication with the BioVentures team members regarding changes that have the potential to impact other teams systems and inventors. The Associate Program Manager will communicate policy changes as well as system changes that will impact BioVentures team members and inventors. This position will oversee the management and coordination of BioVentures Innovation Center. The Associate Program Manager works with BioVentures serving as a coordinator of specified BioVentures program initiatives. This position will be directly responsible for project/program implementation training and marketing material. The position reports to the President of BioVentures and prepares reports for project status for granting purposes coordinates innovation teamwork flows for grant and/or contract projects. The Associate Program Manager will serve as a mentor for BioVentures team members and clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree PLUS two (2) years of project/program management experience - preferred PMP Certification.
