Job Summary
Finance Assistant - Billing Permanent Nottingham Vyoma Gandhi - About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our finance Order to Cash (OTC) team as a Billing Specialist. You will prepare invoices reconciling accounts resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining financial records. You have strong attention to detail excellent organisational skills and problem-solving. Key responsibilitiesWorking in Enterprise Finance Services (EFS) who sit within the wider finance team and will be reporting into the Finance Manager. Key responsibilities of the role: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients following contractual terms Track billing schedules and ensure submission of invoices Help reconcile billing accounts and resolving discrepancies Maintain up-to-date records of billing transactions and client communication Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary billing information Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes Help generate financial reports related to billing and revenue Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations Contribute to process improvements programs within the billing function What youll need to haveYou will need the following:
