RockPointe Church Worship & Production Associate

Reports to: Worship Pastor

Hours: 29 hours per week non-exempt non-clergy

Main Function

The individual in this position will contribute to consistent weekend worship gatherings through worship and production. As scheduling allows there is availability for midweek events and service participation as well.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Dependability in schedule agreement and task management
Proficiently play their scheduled instruments(s)
Proficiently produce events and services as scheduled
Clear understanding of and commitment to modeling our RPC Staff Values
Handle and safeguard confidential church information
Actively attend Sunday worship services
Attend staff meetings (1st & 3rd Tuesdays and team meetings)
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Skills& Attributes

Basic knowledge of or ability to learn platforms/media used by RockPointe Church: Bamboo TouchPoint eSpace Nexonia Asana Canva Facebook Instagram etc.
Ability to interact with a wide range of people compassionately and patiently
Ability to self-start and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Responsiveness and flexibility regarding time-sensitive changes and/or requests
