Your Next Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and results-focused Sales Consultant to join our Melbourne this role youll be at the forefront of our Modernisation divisionbuilding relationships identifying opportunities and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers.

What Youll Be Doing:

Developing and executing your individual sales plan
Understanding customer needs and designing tailored solutions
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
Expanding KONEs market presence and driving growth
Managing the full sales cycle for key customers
Generating leads and matching customer needs with KONEs world-class solutions
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring accurate reporting within Salesforce (CRM)

What Were Looking For:

Experience within the elevator industry
A degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred)

A resilient proactive and results-driven approach
A commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Tech-savviness with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
A track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
