Field Service Supervisor - Electron Microscopy

Responsibilities
- Direct and support a team of field service engineers promoting excellent performance and professional development.
- Coordinate the installation maintenance and repair of electron microscopy equipment.
- Ensure that customer service calls are responded to strictly within the required timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement solutions to technical challenges.
- Monitor and report on team performance driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage resources effectively to compete in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the engineering industry.
- Strong background in electron microscopy or related technologies.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver flawless results.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- A relevant degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
