Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced State Field Training Manager who lives and breathes food people development and operational excellence. This role is all about coaching training and inspiring Franchisees Restaurant Managers and Crew to deliver exceptional guest and food experiences across our restaurants.
Working closely with Operations New Restaurant Opening (NRO) teams People Experience Capability and Learning teams youll lead training excellence in the field and play a critical role in setting new restaurantsand our peopleup for long-term success.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead training for new restaurant openings (pre & post open)
- Deliver onboarding certification and sign-offs for Franchisees Managers and Crew
- Build lead and deploy Field Support Teams for new openings
- Provide hands-on in-restaurant training and coaching
- Support product rollouts initiatives and operational projects
- Identify training gaps and partner with key stakeholders to improve performance
What Success Looks Like
- New restaurants opening fully trained compliant and confident
- High certification completion across all training programs
- Consistent food quality operational standards and guest experience
What Youll Bring
- Experience in training coaching or facilitation
- Management experience in QSR hospitality retail or F&B
- Strong food safety culinary and operational knowledge
- Excellent communication organisation and leadership skills
- Comfortable working independently and travelling regularly
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
- Valid Australian drivers licence
