Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the development negotiation and management of corporate contracts ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to create and review contracts that optimize service delivery and financial performance. Ensures all agreements adhere to hospital policies and legal requirements while fostering strong relationships with external partners.Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare Management Law or a related field of study required
Experience
Experience in contract management healthcare contracting or managed care 3-5 years required
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role 2-3 years required
Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting 2-3 years preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for healthcare contracts.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze and interpret contract terms and legal language.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
