Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee civil and water/wastewater construction projects valued between $10M-$20M. The ideal candidate will ensure project safety quality profitability and on-time delivery while effectively leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall project delivery including schedule budget and safety compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams subcontractors and vendors.
- Oversee cost controls invoicing cash flow management and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to project documents quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor project staff and collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.
- Proven experience in water/wastewater and civil construction projects.
- Strong financial acumen scheduling expertise and project controls skills.
- OSHA certification required.
- Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
