The Global Process Owner for Record to Report plays a vital role in driving efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. By optimizing processes collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging technology the GPO ensures that the organization maintains accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. This role requires strategic thinking excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial processes.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management and Optimization:
oOversee the entire record to report process ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
oIdentify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
oDevelop and maintain process documentation including standard operating procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance accounting and IT to ensure seamless operations.
oAct as a liaison between different departments to resolve any process-related issues.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
oEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the record to report process.
oRegularly analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into process performance.
oPresent findings and recommendations to senior management.
Technology and Automation:
oLeverage technology solutions to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
oCollaborate with IT teams to implement new systems or upgrade existing ones.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field.

Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
