What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a focus on workforce management and financial system solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be responsible for soliciting prospects qualifying deals and managing upsell opportunities to existing clients across Ontario through British Columbia and potential new markets including the US. This role will report to the Vertical Sales leader and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth.

How will your contributions be showcased

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Devote up to 75% of your time to identifying and soliciting potential clients through various channels including cold calling email campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Deal Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of prospects to qualify opportunities and ensure alignment with our health IT workforce management solutions.
  • Upsell and Client Management: Allocate the remaining time to fostering relationships with existing clients identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Quota Management: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications :

What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role preferably within the health IT solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
  • Located in or able to work within the Ontario to British Columbia region.
  • This position requires an excellent level of English as you will work with documentation primarily in English and communicate orally and in writing with partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues who are mainly English-speaking. A good knowledge of French will be considered an asset.
