Project Manager Commercial Construction

Base Salary: $110000$135000
Project Type: Commercial building construction

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality commercial building projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at coordination communication and driving projects to successful completion.

What Youll Do

Manage commercial construction projects from contract award through final completion
Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and cost controls
Coordinate subcontractors suppliers inspectors and internal teams
Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
Review contracts scopes of work submittals RFIs and change orders
Ensure compliance with safety standards quality requirements and project milestones
Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements

What Were Looking For

7 years of project management experience in commercial construction
Proven track record managing commercial building projects (office retail healthcare education mixed-use etc.)
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Experience with project scheduling cost tracking and contract administration
Ability to lead teams manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability
Proficiency with construction management software and Excel
Strong communication organization and leadership skills
