Background:
- The Consumer Access and Client Integrations team is tasked with the digital planning and implementation of provincial strategic clinical projects. These are often complex multi-year endeavors that require senior resource oversight to coordinate stakeholders and project activities.
- The Senior Program Managers under the direction of the Consumer Access and Client Integrations team take on strategic projects such as the Vendor Management Strategy and the provincial Primary Care Program where they will work on arranging oversight meetings program performance monitoring promotion of strategic partnerships between partners of the Programs.
Must haves:
- 7 to 10 years experience program/project managing digital health projects and nbsp;and the complex relationships including health information systems electronic medical records eReferral solutions and patient portals.
- Experience with and knowledge of Project Management concepts (e.g. project goals risk scope participant roles planning quality management risk management and change management) and nbsp;
- Excellent leadership team building and communication skills including experience with presenting to C-suite and Executive Leadership Groups across the health sector

- Define implement and operate the program governance and nbsp;
- Establish/Manage relationships with Ontario Health product owners and nbsp; and nbsp;

- Engage with Legal authorities to evaluate program responsibilities and nbsp;
