JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead AV Technician to join an expert team in the residential home automation this role you will lead the installation and integration of audio video and automation systems in luxury homes working closely with designers architects and other professionals to enhance the overall home experience. Your responsibilities will include the installation of advanced technologies such as home networking audio/video distribution and control systems (e.g. Control4 Crestron Lutron) while ensuring seamless integration with home design. With your technical expertise and leadership youll help deliver innovative solutions that elevate the functionality and aesthetics of each project. Youll play a key role in shaping the future of home automation contributing to the success of exciting high-end residential projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Drivers License with clean driving record

  • Low Voltage Experience

  • Knowledge of home networking audio & video distribution and control systems preferred (May Include: Control4 URC RTI Savant Crestron Home Lutron Shades or Lighting Systems)

  • Organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to manage dynamic events while staying focused.

  • Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
