Job Title: Agency Operations Manager

Reports To: VP of Credit Agency

Salary Range: $100000 - $110000
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Responsible for managing the daily operation of Agency Operations departments. This includes establishing monthly goals overseeing staffing and ensuring compliance requirements are met by all groups. Supervises the operations team and effectively manages the pipeline of loans to reach company goals. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees daily operations including establishing and exceeding goals developing and advancing team staffing and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Supervises the daily activities of the teams to ensure effective pipeline management and improve pull through
- Manage Agency Operations teams including Broker Concierge Disclosures and Closers with oversight of Underwriting relating to life of loan processes and pipeline management
- Monitors the pipeline to ensure internal compliance policies are enforced and customer service standards are met or exceeded.
- Negotiates and works to resolve problems with the broker/customer as it relates to pricing program changes and re-works to loan requests.
- Keeps staff apprised of Company policy and procedure updates and facilitates training where needed.
- Communicates effectively with Sales Management and other appropriate personnel when service levels are at risk. Identifies issues and recommends areas for improvement.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

EDUCATION:
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum five (5) years experience in the Mortgage industry required.
- Minimum three (3) years of supervisor and/or management experience required ideally in Underwriting and/or Account Management/Loan Processing.
- Experience in wholesale lending
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position is in an office setting with computer and general office equipment. Remote work is not available for this role. The position requires the ability to move freely around within the department and other department locations.
