Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3 years experience analyzing enterprise communication and AI data. You will track performance costs and customer metrics to drive optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze call statistics usage trends and AI token consumption.
- Develop dashboards (Tableau Power BI).
- Provide insights to improve KPIs and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with product/AI teams for data-driven enhancements.
- Experience working on large data sets using Modern languages like Python
- Good understanding and hands-on experience of statistical modelling/data analysis tools (SAS Python) and techniques
- Good applied statistics skills such as distributions statistical testing regression etc.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors in Data Science Analytics or related field.
- Skilled in SQL Tableau/Power BI.
- Familiar with telephony and AI usage metrics.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Career Growth:
Progress into Senior Analyst or Data Scientist roles focusing on advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
