FLINT is hiring Multiskilled Operators for a permanent role in Fort McMurray AB starting January 2026. Enjoy a 14/14 schedule camp accommodations flights from Calgary or Edmonton and benefits after 300 hours.

Qualifications :

• Any two of the following: 2000 hours operating a 24M grader D8 dozer 450 excavator across all four seasons in an open pit mine.
• OR a single piece with 6000 operating hours in an open pit mine
• Demonstrated experience in open pit mining with a minimum of 2000 hours on each piece of heavy equipment.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation)
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Able to train on new equipment when requested.
• Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
• Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
