- Meeting with at least 10-15 contacts a day.
- On-site visits phone calls and email follow-ups
- Visiting a variety of industries including but not limited to Property Management Hotels Movers Builders etc.
- Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and services
- Validating level of customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
- Earning and maintaining the trust of our customers
- Brainstorming and researching new customer opportunities
- Understanding the importance of our sales process
- Memorizing and consistently using sales scripts
- Documenting sales activities in a CRM; tracking a client from lead to Work Order and all the steps in between
- Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
- Planning and executing a sales strategy
- High drive and persistence with a genuine hunger to succeed in sales
- Goal-oriented self-starter and energetic
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional caring and service-minded
- Readiness to work with a metrics-based process-driven sales team
- Experience in property management construction facilities or service-based industries
- Outside B2B sales experience
- CRM experience
- Success in a base bonus/commission environment
