About the role

The Totaline Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of HVAC parts supplies and accessories within assigned territories or store locations. This role focuses on building strong relationships with contractors technicians and distributors providing expert product guidance and ensuring customers receive the right parts and support for their HVAC needs. The representative promotes Totaline products processes orders supports inventory management and executes sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Strong product knowledge customer service skills and the ability to identify business opportunities are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Promote and sell Totaline products HVAC parts and related accessories to contractors technicians and distributors.

  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in assigned territories.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC contractors technicians Carrier dealers.

  • Provide product recommendations and technical assistance to customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries quotations and follow-ups to ensure timely order closure.

3. Product Knowledge & Technical Support

  • Maintain deep knowledge of Totaline product lines specifications and applications.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting parts compatibility and usage.

  • Stay updated on new products promotions and industry trends.

4. Order Processing & Documentation

  • Prepare and process quotations sales orders invoices and customer records.

  • Ensure accuracy in pricing part numbers and availability.

  • Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams for order fulfillment.

5. Marketing & Promotion

  • Execute sales promotions product launches and marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct product demos and presentations for clients.

  • Collect customer feedback to contribute to product improvement.

6. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Track competitor pricing offers and market activities.

  • Provide strategic input to help improve sales performance.

7. Compliance & Quality

  • Follow company policies pricing guidelines and operational standards.

  • Ensure customer orders and transactions meet quality and compliance requirements.
