Our team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality person-centred supports across Townsville and Charters Towers regions ensuring every participant feels valued and the RoleAs a Support Leader you will provide day-to-day leadership guidance and operational support to a team of Disability Support Workers. You will play a key role in ensuring participant outcomes are achieved staff are supported and services are delivered in line with NDIS Practice Standards and Tardiss Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Disability Support Workers fostering a positive and high-performing culture. Coordinate rosters shift coverage and service delivery to meet participant needs. Monitor and support staff performance training and compliance requirements. Liaise with participants families and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality support outcomes. Maintain documentation incident reporting and compliance records in line with NDIS and company standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery You Certificate IV or higher in Disability Community Services or related field (or working towards).OR: Proven experience in disability or community support and demonstrable leadership skills. Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks including participant goals and safeguarding standards. Excellent communication problem-solving and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workloads and support teams across multiple sites. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Blue Card First Aid/CPR certificate and drivers licence.
